Frequently Asked
Questions
How are charges calculated?
All of our services are per hour with a dispatch fee, plus the cost of materials. No hidden charges. All jobs receive a written bid before work begins.
What is your Materials Mark-up?
Our Mark-Up is based on an industry accepted 20%. No mark-up on shipping or freight costs, on our actual cost of materials used to complete your project.
Will you install Client Provided Equipment?
Every circumstance is evaluated separately. Typically we do not allow client provided materials for a work order. If you have a case where this is a concern, give us a call and let’s talk about the circumstance and the need. Due to warranty issues, client provided equipment cannot be warrantied for the product or installation..
Do you subcontract services?
We are a small company and service our clients with our team. We do not subcontract our services, unless it is a specialty service, we do not have the expertise or equipment to complete alone. (crane, vac truck, etc) Our staff is constantly present when a subcontractor is needed.
Where do you Purchase Materials?
All Materials and Equipment Suppliers are sourced from names you know and trust. Grainger, Ferguson Enterprises, WhiteCap, HD Supply, WinSupply, ABC Supply, National Glass, and many more.
